City of Destin Condo Registration

Instructions:

For video instructions, CLICK HERE .The video instructions follow me as I register my personal condo and it took less than 5 minutes. We have provided all of the information and documentation below.

ONCE COMPLETED, please send a copy of the registration to louisa@solelybeachfront.com

Step 1: Create an account with the City of Destin: https://www.mgoconnect.org/cp/portal
Step 2: Login and go to
1. Apply Online for a Permit > Registrations > Get started on a new application > Condo Short Term Rental Application > Open
2. Enter the condo address and location
3. Enter yourself as the applicant AND property owner. You can click a checkbox to copy the information over.
4. LIST SOLELY BEACHFRONT AS THE EMERGENCY CONTACT
  1. reservations@solelybeachfront.com This is monitored 7 days a week
  2. PLEASE USE THIS NUMBER: 850-502-5753 its a 24/7 number.
5. Answer the questionnaire with the sq ft and sleep count.
6. File Upload. These are the three files required. Please click on the link below and download the PDF
  1. FL DBPR Condo License DOWNLOAD HERE
  2. Destin Business Tax Receipt (BTR) DOWNLOAD HERE
  3. Resale tax cert. I have 2025 and 2026, so I included both in my registration
    1. Resale Tax Cert 2025 DOWNLOAD HERE
    2. Resale Tax Cert 2026 DOWNLOAD HERE
