What does Solely Beachfront supply for their properties?

- 1 set of Linens for all beds. Sferra Murano sheets which are some of the nicest in the industry.
- 4 Luxury Bath towels per bathroom
- 3 Wash clothes per bathroom

- 1 Luxury Bath Mat
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
- 1 roll of paper towels
- Dishwasher detergent (4 loads)
- Dish soap (2 pods)
- Laundry detergent
- Trash bags (10 ct.)
- Salt and Pepper
- Travel-size bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap for each bathroom
- Plates, silverware, and glasses
- Full kitchen including blender, crockpot, hand mixer.

- Standard coffee maker with coffee grounds for one pot of coffee.
Is there a minimum age requirement for booking a condo?
All rental guests must be 25 years of age or older. Guests under 25 are welcome if accompanied by a renter over the age of 25. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will result in forfeiture of all monies paid, and the guest will not be permitted to check-in. Providing falsified information is grounds for eviction.
When will I receive my arrival instructions and directions?
You will receive detailed check-in and check-out instructions up to 8 days before your arrival.
How do I check in?
Our check-in process is contactless. You will receive a key code for the door or specific instructions on how to enter the property or resort. The check-in instructions will provide details about your arrival and important information about the property.
What time is check-in/out?
Our check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out time is at 10:00 am. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, as well as our housekeeping staff. Thank you for your cooperation.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may result in additional fees. It is important to contact our team in advance to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated and to discuss any associated charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please note our cancellation policy when booking directly with Solely Beachfront:
Full Refund: You can cancel within 48 hours of booking and 60 days or more prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund.
Refund with Cancellation Fee: If you cancel after 48 hours of booking and 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, you will receive a refund minus a $199 cancellation fee.
No Refund: If you cancel 60 days or less prior to the arrival date, the reservation balance is due and no refund will be provided.
Cancellations or early departures do not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. We advise guests to consider purchasing travel insurance for their own financial protection, as travel insurance premiums are non-refundable.

What kind of coffee maker is provided?
Every Solely Beachfront Managed Unit comes with a Keurig and standard coffee maker, as well as complimentary coffee grounds and a filter for your first pot of coffee.
What Should Guests Bring?
Here is a brief list of items we recommend guests either purchase when they arrive or bring with them.

Can I have groceries delivered?
Destin, Miramar Beach, and 30A offer a variety of grocery stores, shopping centers, and convenience stores located near vacation rental homes. You will find ample options for groceries, supplies, and shopping within a short distance from most properties. Please ensure that all grocery deliveries are made after arrival. It’s important to note that Amazon, UPS, or USPS deliveries are not possible, as we cannot guarantee delivery to the home. Most of our homeowners do not access their mailboxes for this property.
What is beach service?
Complimentary Beach Service is included in select Solely Beachfront Properties(Please read your property description to know if beach service is complimentary), which means you’ll have at least two beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you on the beach each day. This is a great value as these services often cost as much as fifty dollars/per day. Not all Solely Beachfront properties include complimentary beach service. At properties where Beach Service is not complimentary, we can provide you with the Beach Service Vendor to reserve service.
Can we bring our own beach chairs and umbrellas?
Absolutely! Please, keep in mind that personal chairs and umbrellas must remain behind the Beach Service. It is set up for paid guests & Owners. Edgewater Beach HOA properties do not allow personal umbrellas. If you rented at one of those properties you will not be able to have a personal umbrella, personal chairs are allowed, however.
Does any beach gear come with my rental?
We do not require properties to furnish or keep an inventory of beach gear at the property. However, some Solely Beachfront properties may provide beach equipment or gear, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, or beach toys. If not provided, please ask our staff and they would be happy to help find beach gear for rent.
Do you offer high chairs or cribs?
Every Solely Beachfront Property provides one complimentary high chair and pack-n-play. More are available for rent for $25 per reservation through us.
What type of televisions do your homes have?
Although most of the condos and houses we manage come with smart TVs, some do not. We suggest bringing a Roku or streaming device to ensure you can access the specific shows you like. Downloading anything onto the TVs in our properties is not recommended, as most owners restrict this. However, the TVs have most of the popular streaming apps pre-downloaded, so you can log into your streaming accounts. We kindly request that you sign out of all apps before leaving.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not included with the rental fee. However, it is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip investment and provide coverage for unforeseen events. You can inquire with our team for information on travel insurance options or consult with your preferred insurance provider.
What is your pet policy?
Pets are not allowed at the homes & condos managed by Solely Beachfront unless listed on the property, or if it is a registered Service animal. Please, no exceptions. You must make management aware of this 30+ days prior to arrival. (Note: Emotional support, therapy, comfort and/or companion animals are not considered service animals under ADA guidelines.)
What is the policy for lost or left behind items?
Solely Beachfront is not responsible for any lost or left-behind items in the vacation rental homes. We recommend thoroughly checking the property before departure and contacting us as soon as possible if you realize you have left something behind. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return any lost items, but we cannot guarantee their recovery. If an item is found, we will drop it off to our local UPS store for shipping at the Guest’s expense.
