Walking into the unit, you are immediately greeted by the brand-new upscale kitchen with stainless appliances and a stacked washer/dryer in the adjacent closet. Next to the kitchen is a dining room table with seating for six that leads into the light and airy living room with a sleeper sofa and plush seating that focuses on a 65” flat-screen TV. The living room looks out onto a balcony with east-facing views of the gulf.
The first king bedroom is to the right of the kitchen with new and luxurious furnishings and a flatscreen TV. Outside the first bedroom, there is a bathroom with a beautifully tiled, walk-in shower. The second king bedroom includes gulf views with a walkout access to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in closet, shower and tub.
