Welcome to Cabana Club 307! This modest and airy beachfront condo is the perfect way for a family to spend a week at the beach! Cabana Club is a meticulously maintained complex in the heart of Crystal Beach, complete with a grill area and large picnic area on the way to the beach. As a smaller complex, guests will enjoy a more secluded beach to enjoy sweeping views of the gulf of mexico with their family and friends.
Upon entering the unit, guests are welcomed into the entryway adjacent to the laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. Walking down the hallway, is the Bedroom with a king size bed, and a single fold out futon chair. The main bedroom also has a closet and furniture with plenty of storage. Adjacent to the bedroom is the ensuite bath, one of two bathrooms in this unit. This bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and a shared separate walk in shower.
Back into the hallway, guests will pass the second bathroom with a walk in shower, sink and toilet. The second bathroom opens into the kitchen that flows into the living room with stunning views outside of the brand new windows. The kitchen is complete with updated countertops and appliances. There are two barstools and a dining area that seats four guests. The living room has plush and plentiful seating for all guests and the sofa turns into a queen bed with an upgraded mattress. There is also a flatscreen TV in the living room.
The living room flows out to the sprawling balcony that gives you some of the best views in Destin. The sunrises and sunsets somehow hit differently at the beach and this is the perfect location to soak it all in!
